XTAR VC4 Charger

The XTAR VC4 charger is not just the upgraded version of the two previous VC2 and XP4c chargers, but also a combination of these to keep progress and safety during charging. The VC4 can recognize, show and charge Ni-MH and Li-ion batteries at the same time, and also displays charging current, battery voltage and charging speed. LCD lighting can be turned off or automatically in low mode in 2 minutes to save more energy.

The charger is battery compatible:

10440/14500/14650/16340/17500/17670/18350/18490/18500/18650/18700/22650/25500/26650/32650 3.6V / 3.7V Li-ion, AAAA / AAA / A / A / SC / C / D and Ni-MH / Ni-CD batteries, so there is no separate charger for each type of battery.

Characteristics:

- Innovative LCD display showing charging current, battery voltage and charging capacity. It can also "intelligently" recognize and charge Ni-MH and Li-ion batteries and display this information clearly.

- Detects the input power of a battery and automatically adjusts the appropriate charging and charging current from 0.1A to 1.0A and up to 0.5A x 4 / 1.0A x 2 max.

- Three charging steps (TC-CC-CV) that can extend the life of the battery.

- With a smooth charging start that prevents any sudden fluctuations in voltage used to prolong battery life.

- The charger shows the actual battery capacity.

Charge without Concern:

- Charging stops automatically when the battery is fully charged and starts automatically again if the battery falls below 3.9V. This allows the batteries to stay in the charger for one day.

- Smartly recognizes "bad" batteries by showing "null" and "Err" if reverse polarity is detected.

- ABS-resistant refractory enclosure with perfect heat induction and high temperature resistance.

Functionality:

- Four independent slots making each port work like 4 separate chargers.

- 0V activation function that resets excessively discharged batteries.

- Compatible with any USB power adapter or wall adapter.

- If the charger is left for 2 minutes without inserting any battery or pushing the button, the power saver will start as the brightness of the LCD screen decreases. Pressing the power button for 1.5s will turn off the illumination as desired.

How to check your battery's mAh capacity:

Step 1: Install your discharged battery (below 3.0V)

Step 2: Let the battery charge and observe the 0000mAh that appears on the screen. Do not remove the battery until it is complete.

Step 3: When the battery is fully charged, the display will show "FULL" and the entire screen will blink 3 times every 10 seconds.

Step 4: The mAh on the screen should now show the actual battery capacity.
